Ludwig Van Beethoven Symphonies No. 1 – 9 (Excerpts)

The MPO in collaboration with the MIAF celebrates Beethoven’s 250th birthday. This project, conceived and curated by Ruben Zahra – artistic director of MIAF – portrays a musical journey through the composer’s nine symphonies. This programme of symphonic excerpts is accompanied by vibrant animated music visualisations and a narrative inspired by historical anecdotes from the composer’s life.

The project is also being presented at Teatru Manoel on Wednesday, 8 July 2020 as part of the Malta International Arts Festival.
